Manufactured Home HUD Certification

Permanent Foundation Inspection

HUD Compliance Certification

Manufactured home foundation inspection

If you're selling or refinancing a manufactured home made after 1976, your lender may require that you obtain a HUD Permanent Foundation Inspection, and certification by a structural engineering company. A permanent foundation inspection helps to determine the integrity of the home's foundation by insuring that the home is permanently tied down.

During a permanent foundation inspection your manufactured home's tie-downs, skirting, footings, piers and/or foundation will be measured, counted and photographed. Once we've inspected your home's foundation we share the collected data with trained structural engineers who will issue the final certified report on your home. Between our inspection and the engineering review, the certification process only takes a few business days.
